What is the total delivery time for my order?
All orders for products that are shown as available, are processed within 2-3 business days. For large parcels, processing time may extend upto 4 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.
The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose during checkout.
Here are the shipping charges and speed of delivery for domestic deliveries. Delays may occur during peak season:

Which locations do you deliver to?
We can ship any order Worldwide. Regional rates and Duties/ Customs apply.
What locations are eligible for same-day delivery?
This depends on the abilities of the shipping provider. Most deliveries within Canada/ USA can be expidited to 1 -2 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order status through the shipping provider. Once an order is placed, we provide a tracking number along with your receipt of purchase.
What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?
If the tracking number does not work, we recommend you try tracking with order number. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team to ask us to re-issue the tracking number. Some shipping providers do not provide info without the tracking number, so please record it once you receive it from us and keep it until you have received your delivery.
What can I do if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order at the estimated time, it could mean either your order is delayed or is lost. While Modern World Artworks Ltd endeavors to work with trusted shipping providers, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods. For this reason, we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance that most providers have available.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you your order is damaged upon arrival, it could mean it was damaged during shipping. Modern World Artworks Ltd takes care and caution when packaging and sending out our products, and endeavors to work with trusted shipping providers. However, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods. For this reason, we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance that most providers have available.
What are the shipping timelines for international delivery?
This depends on the abilities of the shipping provider. International orders commonly arrive in 7-14 business days from the time of processing your order. You will receive shipping estimates at the time of checkout.
What duties and taxes apply?
Shipping costs for international orders will include international taxes, duties and value-added tax applicable to your region. At the time of checkout, the final order cost will reflect these charges.
REFUNDS
Can I return an item at any time?
Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please keep your receipt/ proof of purchase handy in case you need to do this. We cannot provide a refund on products without a receipt of purchase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, which includes original packaging if applicable. Any products such as bottled liquids or consumables that have had their seal broken or that appear to have been used/ depleted will not be refunded. Nor will damaged items, dirty items, altered items, or any other condition that would be described as being not in the condition that it was originally sent to you.
How can I return the item for a refund?
Returning an item is simple. Using the contact us page, provide us the invoice number, product number/ description, and a short explanation of what you want to do. We appreciate if you provide us with a reason why you’re returning the item, but that is not a requirement. You MUST contact us so we can be aware that the item is being returned. Please DO NOT ship an item back to us without contacting us first.
What if Modern World Artworks is not the manufacturer?
Modern World Artworks adheres to manufacturer’s defect policies for any production items we distribute. If your item has a manufacturer’s name on it other than Modern World Artworks Ltd though, please DO NOT send your item to that manufacturer. If it was purchased from us, it needs to be returned to us for proper processing of your return

Shipping costs on returns
Modern World Artworks cannot pay for shipping on return items. You are responsible for all shipping costs, including customs/ duties/ tariffs and insurance.
How long will it take for the refund to be paid?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received it. In this email we’ll also notify you if any further reductions apply to your refund amount. Your refund will then be calculated and sent to you via the same method you originally paid with. It may take some time depending on those payment provider’s policy and actions, which we unfortunately cannot assume responsibility or liability for.
Is there a re-stocking fee?
Yes. For handling/ re-stocking purposes we must charge a 20% restocking fee on all items. This is the minimum amount, regardless of other potential reductions in refund amount such as those listed in the eligibility section.
Can I get a refund on any of Modern World Artworks services?
For services such as media blasting/ painting and commissioned custom art, you are paying for our time and materials in producing the item for a prior-agreed price. Or, for us to return your item after we’ve worked on it for an agreed price. Therefore, these cost are not refundable. If a dispute arises and you’re not happy with the service, we will do our best to accommodate the issue and come to a reasonable agreed solution with you.
WARRANTY / GUARANTEES
Do the distributed products have a warranty?
Modern World Artworks endeavors to provide high quality items that are equal to or better than industry standards for whichever particular sector they’re being sold within. Our items for sale that we’re distributing for another manufacturer, carry only what warranty that manufacturer has applied to it. No other warranty on these items is either expressed nor implied by Modern World Artworks.
Do Modern World Artworks’ manufactured items have a warranty?
Yes. But first, we need to explain a couple of things. We make some hand-made items. Items that are considered hand-made are those which have either been constructed, built, fabricated painted, or have had other personally applied changes that are otherwise not duplicated or mass produced. These items do not carry warranty or guarantee, other than for the materials used. For example, if a painted item delaminates (ie starts peeling) we would be reasonable and provide you a refund, or a new art piece of your choice that is of equal value. This is valid for one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover for damage that has occurred from misuse or careless handling of the item.
What about other items? You say you develop mass produce products too?
Items that we mass produce or duplicate using machinery to do so, come with warranty that is aligned with industry standard for the particular sector that the item is being sold within. Since Modern World Artworks has interest in numerous different sectors, it would be difficult to state every warranty policy for every item that we plan to produce in this manner. Each item will carry it’s own warranty policy, and be clearly communicated to purchaser’s via documents either attached to the item, or via internet-searchable electronic means.
Do Modern World Artworks listed services have a warranty?
This falls within the same warranty category as our hand-made artwork. Since services such as media blasting are done by hand, and will usually be accompanied by other work such as painting/ coating, this can only be warranted for materials used. Items that are rusted where that rust may not be visible beneath original coating, but then becomes visible via our cleaning/ blasting process, cannot be warranted for unexpected depth or severity of that rust. While we are careful and use acceptable industry practices in all of our work, these types of items are all different from one another in age/ condition/ application/ thickness/ etc, so Modern World Artworks cannot be responsible for unexpected results of the blasting process.
